Jeff Soderbergh -- Furniture & Sculpture
Since 1990, Jeff has been creating original works of art using reclaimed antique architectural materials. It’s very important to him we recognize the elegant and simplistic beauty that our history has to offer. The different materials that he uses, dating between 1500 and 1950, come from all over the world, from many walks of life and may include wood, stone, metal, glass and paper.
"I design and build furniture and sculpture because I want to create a tangible way to help preserve the history of our unique surroundings; something that can be passed down through the generations. Simply, I want to use materials from an era where we were surrounded by craftsmanship and detail and force us to re-examine their beauty out of context. " -- Jeff Soderbergh
